MIG/MAG welding – from full control to advanced Dual Pulse

SPARTUS XPro MIG 200 Dual Pulse offers a wide range of MIG/MAG configuration options, making it easy to adapt to both everyday workshop work and more demanding applications.

Synergistic MIG DC mode significantly simplifies the configuration of welding parameters.

The device automatically selects optimal settings based on the type of material, wire diameter and shielding gas, which allows you to start working faster and reduces the risk of incorrect settings.

This solution is particularly useful when working with various materials and changing tasks.

For more experienced users, there is also a manual mode, which provides full control over welding parameters and allows you to precisely adjust the characteristics of the arc to your preferences and the specifics of the work performed.

However, the true potential of the device is revealed in Pulse and Dual Pulse modes.

Pulse technology allows you to better control the amount of energy transferred to the material, stabilizes the arc and reduces the amount of chipping.

As a result, the process becomes more predictable and the weld cleaner and more aesthetic. Dual Pulse mode additionally allows you to achieve the characteristic “husk” effect, known from TIG welding, while maintaining high MIG/MAG efficiency.

This solution is perfect for welding aluminum, stainless steel and thin materials susceptible to thermal deformation.
