MATERAC HARD SUPREME ELITE with the use of T35 foam are characterized by uniform construction and breathability. The main contribution in the form of polyurethane foam, has anti-allergic properties and provides good thermal insulation of the mattress. The mattress has been manufactured in accordance with our latest SOFT TOUCH technology.

Inside the mattress there is a core made of medium-hard foam T35kg/m3.

It is a double-sided mattress with a foam insert, which on the one hand has a thermo-elastic foam VISCO combined with a latex coconut mat with a hardness scale of H3/H4 suitable for both older children and adults. Designed for people who value quality at a good price and comfortable sleep without worrying about the spine.

The other side of the model has a 3 cm layer of latex mat, which allows even distribution of body weight preventing the formation of pressure points. In addition, it is antibacterial, resistant to mold and mites. The latex side has a hardness of H3 .

Visco foam 3 cm - is an element of the mattress produced on the basis of polyurethane, which has been additionally enriched with measures ensuring adequate elasticity. A characteristic feature of this type of material is that when subjected to temperature, its impermanent deformation occurs. In other words - when you lie down on a mattress that has been equipped with visco foam, its shape will adapt to the shape of your body, it will fit perfectly. Therefore, the primary use of foam was the prevention of bedridden people, because this foam in a very good way prevents the formation of pressure ulcers. Coconut mat is produced by proper arrangement of fibers derived from coconuts. During production, they are laid evenly and in the appropriate thickness. In the case of our mattresses, we use mats with a height of 1 cm, but nothing prevents us from applying several mats to create a thicker substrate. Coconut fiber contains many minerals and antibacterial substances that also prevent the development of mites. That is why coconut mats are available in mattresses for allergy sufferers.

The fibers themselves are sprayed with a very thin layer of latex milk to ensure their consistency, and at the very end of preparation, the mat is subjected to needle puncture and heat treatment in the press.
