🔧 Wide compatibility with various pipes and sizes

The plastic pipe welding machine is designed to connect thermoplastic pipes such as PP-R, PE and PP-C. Available in several models (FJ-1/FJ-2/FJ-3/FJ-4), compatible with pipes with diameters from Φ20 mm to Φ160 mm. It will work both for home repairs of installations and on the construction site.

🛡 Advanced security for safe operation

The welding machine is equipped with a plug with grounding (three pins), insulation resistance ≥1 MΩ and leakage current ≤5 mA. Two-color LEDs clearly indicate the state of heating – they help to avoid burns and electrical hazards.

💡 PIPE MATERIAL TIPS

🔧 PPR pipe – also called polypropylene type III pipe. It is commonly used for home hot and cold water installation. The melting point is approx. 260 – 280°C.

🔥 PB pipe – made of polybutylene, called “plastic gold”. Used mainly in heating. Melting temperature: approx. 240°C.

💧 PE pipe – a type of polyethylene, mainly used as a cold water pipe, usually in drainage systems. Melting temperature: approx. 200 – 230°C.

⚠ NOTE

After the heating time has elapsed, remove the two pipes from the mould at the same time, and then quickly and evenly insert them in a straight line, without turning.

The device maintains a stable heating temperature of 260±5°C and operates over a wide voltage range (AC 176V–245V). Special anti-stick coating prevents molten plastic from sticking to the heads – ensures smooth, even and tight connections.

Simple configuration and interchangeable heads (just mount the right size and tighten with the included Allen wrench). Cut the pipe perpendicularly, heat evenly without turning, and then connect the pipe and fitting in a straight line – a uniform roller will be created. No complicated skills needed.
