ALPHA meat grinding machine size 32

The Alfa size 32 machine is mainly used for homemade sausages, as well as in smaller collective nutrition plants.

In addition to processing meat and fat, using a funnel fixed at the outlet of the chamber, tightened with a nut (after removing the knife and strainer), the machine can be used to make sausages.

The whole machine consists of (made of cast iron and coated with tin):

Use:

Meat intended for grinding should be thoroughly cleaned of bones, and then cut lengthwise into small pieces. Elephants should be cut just like meat. Sliced pieces should be gradually inserted through the cup into the chamber of the razor., spinning the crank at the same time to set the auger and knife in rotation.
