The subject of our auction are ecological, hand-made grinders produced in Polish manufactory with many years of tradition from beech wood obtained from the foothill areas of Małopolska and the Bieszczady Mountains. Beech wood is hard and solid, and thanks to its natural properties it is ideal for storage of spices. Beech wood has natural bactericidal properties. It prevents the reproduction of microorganisms dangerous to our health, such as salmonella or e-coli.
