The subject of our auction are ecological, hand-made grinders produced in Polish manufactory with many years of tradition from beech wood obtained from the foothill areas of Małopolska and the Bieszczady Mountains. Beech wood is hard and solid, and thanks to its natural properties it is ideal for storage of spices. Beech wood has natural bactericidal properties. It prevents the reproduction of microorganisms dangerous to our health, such as salmonella or e-coli. Indispensable in every kitchen.

Product Polish

  • Do not fill the grinders fully, which may lead to damage to the aluminum rod connecting the grinder head with the grinding mechanism

  • From time to time, pour a teaspoon of rice into an empty salt grinder and grind (rice draws moisture) which will protect the grinder mechanism from corrosion
