Construction

The chain hoist is equipped with a gear mechanism of symmetrically arranged two receiving sprockets.

The main principle of operation of the device:

When manually pulling the chain, the wheel rotates clockwise, presses on the friction discs and ratchet disc relative to the brake attachment and causes these parts to rotate. The drive shaft rotates the sprocket, pinion shaft and locking sprocket. In this way, a mechanism is activated that allows the load to be lifted using a chain. The device is equipped with a braking system equipped with friction discs, allowing for safe operation with the device and the load being handled.
