Bread, sausage and cheese, as well as fish, fruit and vegetables are, if necessary , cut directly from the whole piece , thanks to which the food remains fresh longer and allows you to enjoy the full flavor - thinly sliced.

In order to provide the best experience with the product itself as well as retro styling, we decided to make a slicer entirely of metal and die-cast aluminum. This guarantees quality for many years and complete reliability of the device.

The Graef H93 hand slicer is an absolute classic on the market. The H90 series is not only attractive appearance, but also allows for efficient use of the slicer, affecting the simplicity of use.

The power drive of human muscles allows the slicer to be used literally everywhere, even where no power supply is available at all, e.g. during trips, camping, in the garden. In the headline, we assured you that the slicer cuts everything... but we have one exception. Taking care of safety, we installed a thumb guard and a food holder - so it will not cut what it should not ;)

In addition, the available 2 color variants of the grinder will also satisfy the decorative sense and beautify your kitchen.

Flagship blade quality

Always sharp. It always lasted. Are you looking forward to slicing vegetables, bread or fruit?

For our manual slicer this is not a problem! The slicer is equipped with the highest quality hardened stainless steel blade with a diameter of 190 mm. The round cutting disc with a wavy, serrated blade is ideal for slicing bread/bake with a hard crust. However, excellent cutting results will also be obtained during cutting various cold cuts, hard cheeses and fruits and vegetables.

The stainless steel blades w we have installed are a testament to German engineering skills and excellent workmanship. They are handmade in our factory in Arnsberg, Germany and, all of our classic, elegant machines, embark on a long journey to cuisine and families around the world.

Additionally, you can easily set the thickness in which you want to cut your ingredients in the range of 0 to 15 mm!
