The BLOW EMS-01 combines three types of work: TENS, EMS and RELAX. Thanks to this, one compact device can be used in different ways.

Electrostimulator can be used for:

The device offers up to 68 programs:

• 22 TENS programs,
• 22 EMS programs,
• 24 RELAX programs.

There are also 40 intensity levels at the user’s disposal, so that the impulse strength can be gradually adjusted to their own comfort.

The electrostimulator transmits gentle electrical impulses through self-adhesive electrodes to the selected body surface. The sensation may resemble a slight tingling, pulsing or rhythmic muscle tightening – depending on the selected function, program and intensity.

1 Connect the cable to channel A or B.

2 Connect the electrodes to the wire with latches.

3 Stick the electrodes to clean, dry and healthy skin.

4 Turn on the device.

5 Select TENS, EMS or RELAX.

6 Set one of the available programs.

7 Start with the lowest intensity level.

8 Gradually increase the power until you get a comfortable feeling.

The electrostimulator has two independently adjustable A/B channels. This allows you to use two pairs of electrodes at the same time and separately set the intensity of each channel.

The built-in timer allows you to set the working time at intervals of 5 minutes, up to a maximum of 90 minutes.

EMS, or electrical muscle stimulation, uses electrical impulses that trigger controlled tension and relaxation of healthy muscles.

In EMS mode, pulses reach through electrodes placed on the skin in the area of the selected muscle part. The user can choose one of the 22 EMS programs and individually set the intensity of the action.

EMS mode can be used as a supplement:

➡ muscle massage after activity,

➡ relaxation after daily effort,

➡ stimulation of selected healthy muscle groups,

➡ home care and relaxation.

EMS is not a substitute for physical exercise, rehabilitation or professional therapy. In case of injuries or health problems, the method of use should be consulted with a doctor or physiotherapist.

TENS is a percutaneous electrical stimulation of nerves. Electrodes placed on the skin transmit electrical impulses that can support the relief of perceived tension and discomfort.

The user can choose one of the 22 TENS programs and gradually adjust the pulse strength using 40 intensity levels.

TENS mode can work during:

➡ impulse massage of selected areas of the body,

➡ relaxation after work or exercise,

➡ relaxation of tense muscle parts,

➡ home massage tailored to individual preferences.

TENS is not used for self-diagnosis or treatment of diseases. Pain of unknown cause, chronic ailments or deterioration of well-being require consultation with a doctor.

RELAX is a function designed for relaxing impulse massage. Gentle impulses transmitted by the electrodes can support the relaxation of selected parts of the body and provide a pleasant feeling of relaxation after exercise or an intense day.

The device offers up to 24 RELAX programs, differing in rhythm and way of pulsing. Thanks to 40 intensity levels, the massage strength can be gradually adjusted to individual preferences.

RELAX mode can work:

➡ after physical activity,

➡ after a long day of work,

➡ after staying in one position for a long time,

➡ during home rest,

➡ for impulse massage of selected parts of the body,

➡ as part of your daily moment of relaxation.

Use should start with the lowest level of intensity, and then gradually increase it until a comfortable feeling is achieved.

The RELAX function is used for massage and relaxation. It does not replace treatment, rehabilitation or consultation with a doctor or physiotherapist.

Please refer to the user manual before using the device. In case of illness, pain of unknown cause or doubt, you should consult a doctor in advance.

Electrostimulator should not be used:

❌ in people with a pacemaker, defibrillator or other active electronic implant without the consent of a doctor,

❌ during pregnancy, especially in the abdominal, pelvic and lower back area,

❌ with cancer, epilepsy, serious heart disease and severe circulatory disorders without consulting a doctor,

❌ with pain of unknown cause,

❌ on wounds and irritated, infected, swollen or inflamed skin,

❌ in areas with varicose veins or thrombophlebitis,

❌ in unsupervised children and explicit doctor's recommendation,

❌ when sleeping, bathing, driving or operating machinery.

Electrode must not be placed:

• on the head, eyes, mouth and throat,
• on the front of the neck,
• across the chest and near the heart,
• on the genitals,
• directly on the spine.

The device should only be used on clean, dry, healthy and undamaged skin. Before transferring or removing the electrodes, the electrostimulator must be switched off.
