1. Included with the Sandbag are 3 empty cartridges that can be filled with any loose filler

2. When using a filler with a small weight (eg sand), it is recommended to pour it earlier into a foil bag and only the bag into the cartridge - this will ensure 100% tightness in case of opening the cartridge.

3. Cartridges should be filled to the extent that filler overflow during exercise, which will force stabilize the weight during exercise increasing their effectiveness.

4. It is recommended to fill each cartridge to a different weight allowing the use of different load combinations.

The number of cartridges used at the same time and the level of their filling must allow free closure of the instrument.
