Nordic Walking came to Poland many years ago and invariably enjoys great popularity. An ordinary walk has become a sports activity, positively affecting the whole body. Adjustable poles for Nordic Long Life SMJ Sport are excellent quality equipment for both beginners and more experienced people. The poles are equipped with the ANTI SHOCK system, which can be switched on and off freely. The poles are adjustable in length in the range of 105 - 140 cm. The tubes are made of aluminium, which is finished with rubber feet, and the handles are finished with cork and plastic.
The set includes gloves fastened with Velcro. The weight of the poles is only 275 g.
