2. Sending the form – we will send you a message with the form to arrange the details (please prepare building projections, architectural design or sketch with dimensions).
3. Preparation of the project – based on submitted materials and guidelines.

5. Finalization of the project – sending the finished project in electronic version (PDF) along with the valuation of materials and air balance.

Who is this project for?

Mechanical ventilation project with heat recovery - for a single-family house up to 270 m² (up to 2 floors).

(We also do projects for larger buildings. )

What will you need to complete the project?

• Building projections (PDF files or scans are enough)
• Information on how to finish the rooms (suspended ceilings, technical spaces available)
• Your expectations for recuperation (e.g. recuperator type, priority for economy, comfort, etc. )

⏳ As a standard, we deliver the project within 10 working days of receiving all necessary materials.

Additional Information:

1. The design will be created in accordance with all building and ventilation standards applicable within the Republic of Polish.

2. To begin work on the documentation, we require described and dimensioned floor plans of the ground floor, upper floor, and attic, as well as a vertical cross-section of the building.

• This means you need to provide an architectural plan with clear dimensions.
• If you do not have an architectural plan, please draw a sketch of the room layout yourself, including the dimensions of all walls, window openings, and door openings. Also, please write down the intended use of each room (e.g., bedroom, kitchen, living room, etc.).
• If you draw the sketch yourself, please send it to us for verification before purchasing the project.)

3. After purchase, we will contact you to jointly select the best solution for your installation. You will receive a form with project-related questions. The form is designed to help streamline our collaboration.

4. Please send files in *.dwg, .pdf format, or high-quality photos or scans via email.

• Additionally, you can provide information helpful for designers to prepare the concept, such as: Location of the recuperator, potential recuperation risers between floors, location of air intakes and outlets.
• Choice of flexible duct system with diameters of 63, 75, or 90 mm, FLAT, or GALVANIZED
• Installation method (e.g., in the ceiling insulation layer, in a suspended ceiling, etc.)

5. We will send the complete project documentation to you via email.

6. This auction is for documentation that is NOT stamped. (For stamped projects, please inquire about details.)

7. After receiving the final ventilation project, any changes will be subject to a fee. Subsequent changes after final customer approval will be charged at a rate of 100 zł net.

8. You can purchase all necessary components included in the project from us.

9. Purchasing a recuperation concept covers the design of one installation. If you are purchasing a concept for a "semi-detached" house, you must purchase a separate concept for each half of the building. The installation for the second half of the building is a separate system and is not a mirror image of the first part.

10. A single project purchase covers the creation of one project by our company (one duct system and one recuperator chosen by you).

When purchasing, please indicate in the message to the seller the e-mail address to which we will contact you in order to obtain materials and to which the project will be sent.
