The recuperation system is wires, boxes, distributors and, of course, the ventilation unit. All these elements make up the whole system. In order for the system to work properly, i.e. guarantee maximum possible effects, it is necessary to design and properly execute the entire installation. Thanks to our elements, you can perform installation in the ceiling, walls and ceilings. The PRO MAX (metal) and AIR EXPERT (EPP) series ventilation units are products designed for high quality and safety standards.

NANO COLOR ROOM PANEL – is a room thermostat cooperating with COMPIT regulators. You can set the temperature remotely comfortable, eco, temperature in the program OUTSIDE THE HOUSE (VACATION). The switch between comfortable temperature and eco and the OUT-OF-HOME zone is carried out automatically using a programmed daily and weekly schedule. In addition, the thermostat has a schedule for holidays and manual operation mode.

The housing is entirely made of galvanized insulated sheet (painted option available), is characterized by excellent damping properties of vibrations, noise, high rigidity, light weight and resistance to weather conditions and UV radiation. The entire interior of the housing was thermally insulated and soundproofed acoustically;

Control and automation

The automation of air handling units consists of at least two elements:

-controller mounted inside the control panel,

-display mounted in a convenient place for the user

The ventilation system allows you to ventilate each premises individually, regardless of the others. The solution developed especially for residential construction meets the expectations of tenants and developers. The former guarantees fresh air in their own “M” free of dust and dust. Developers, on the other hand, offer an effective solution to the problem of ventilation (which undoubtedly raises the standard of apartments and protects the building against the development of mold and fungi), as well as additional usable area of premises, obtained thanks to the elimination of gravity ventilation channels and the installation of ventilation units in the building wall.

The PRODMAX system can be used in both newly built and existing facilities. It retains great flexibility and is easy to adapt to any construction structure and technology. For its installation, you can use any external wall (in the kitchen, bathroom, storage room or even in the living room), due to the quiet operation of the device. However, you should always remember to provide access to inspection doors in order to replace filters or possible service work. Visible from the outside elements of the system, such as wall intakes, roof launchers or inspection (masking) boards are made in consultation with the developer and designer, so that they harmonize with the body of the building and interior finishing elements.

The heart of the control panel is a cross-current heat exchanger, resistant to frosting and tight, with a very high heat recovery of 85-90%. The PRODMAX system does not mix fresh air with used air, it also maintains the principle of air flow from “clean” rooms (rooms, living room) to “dirty” rooms (bathroom, toilet, kitchen). Each apartment can thus have its own ventilation system, which protects it from the penetration of odors from other apartments, and the building manager allows independent settlement of ventilation operating costs for each premises.

1. INTERNET MODULE – This is an online system of remote access to regulators: boilers, heat pumps, solar exchangers and other heating system devices such as e.g. room regulator or mixer regulators.,

2. CSF MODULE – is an additional module extending the capabilities of AERO 4 with the function of sustainable room flow. ,

3. SHC MODULE – this sensor is designed to measure the concentration of carbon dioxide, humidity and temperature in rooms.,

4. SHW MODULE – this sensor is designed to measure humidity and temperature in rooms.

5. SHK SENSOR – this sensor is designed to measure humidity and temperature in the ventilation duct.

COMPOSITION OF RECUPERATION SET:

In the picture next to it we present an estimated set of elements for a ventilation system intended for apartments of 200-250 m2.

The list of elements can of course be changed, depending on the project.

EXPAND BOXES – They are used for installation after the exhaust and supply. The boxes deliver clean air to the rooms and discharge used air from the rooms.

SEPARATORS – They are used for installation on the exhaust and air supply side. The splitter makes it easy to distribute air throughout the building from one place,

RECUPERATION CABLE – Used to provide fresh air to rooms as well as to drain used air from rooms outside the building. Due to its flexibility, it is easy to install without the need for specialized tools.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CABLE:

4. Fire resistance UL94 according to PN50068,
5. High tightness of the system thanks to the use of EPDM seals, the system meets the tightness class C according to PN - EN 12237,
6. Ability to suppress noise,
7. Resistance to alcohol, fats, oils and gasoline,
8. Relatively low resistance to air flow,
9. Resistance to the influence of atmospheric factors resulting in no corrosion,

ROUND CHANNEL CONNECTOR – Used to connect two round flexible wires,

BLIND – Used to close unused connectors of distribution boxes,

SEAL – Used to seal connections between boxes and flexible channel,

STRAIGHT PIPES, TEES, KNEES – They are used for risers for intake and launcher. Used to provide fresh air to rooms as well as to drain used air from rooms outside the building,

ROUND THROTTLE WITH DAMPING – Used to regulate air flow and performs the function of a silencer,

INVENTORY/LAUNCHER – The intake is used to provide fresh air from outside the building, while the Launcher is used to expel used air,

AIR SUPPLY/EXHAUST ANEMOSTATS – Supply anemostats are used to supply air to rooms, while exhaust anemostats are used to exhaust air from rooms,

PERFORATED TAPE – Used for suspending or fixing galvanized pipes in duct-ventilation systems,

SELF-CURLING ALUMINUM TAPE – Used to seal ventilation systems. Flame retardant to 150oC.

INSULATED ALUMINUM CABLE – The cable protects against heat loss,

WOOL WITH GLUE - Wool is used to insulate Verticals and Intakes.
