In the process of ventilation of rooms, heat from the exhaust air is transferred to the supply air.

Effective heating

Under normal operating conditions, the rotary heat exchanger does not freeze. Even at outdoor temperatures below -20°C, additional heating of fresh air is not necessary, resulting in significant thermal energy savings even during high frosts. The use of a rotary heat exchanger allows you to reduce energy consumption for heating the supplied air about four times.

Balance of moisture in the air

Under normal operating conditions, there is no condensation of moisture on the rotary heat exchanger, because most of it is returned to the premises. Excess moisture is discharged to the outside. The indoor air is not dried and adequate humidity is maintained. Since no condensate is formed, condensate drainage is also not needed, which simplifies the assembly of the unit.

Low noise

In the Domekt R air handling units, silent fans and soundproofing insulation are installed, which ensure quiet operation of the units.

Preheater

In the event that the outside temperature is extremely low, at the level of -30 ° C or less, it is recommended to use a preliminary, channel air heater - standard equipment.

Rotary heat exchanger

Efficiency: rotary exchangers are offered in two efficiency levels. Standard, optimal efficiency is ensured by the L-type exchanger. Higher efficiency coefficients are achieved by SL-type exchangers. Two types of rotary heat exchangers are installed in ventilation devices:

• Aluminum sheet exchanger. It allows you to recover heat (in the heating season) or cold (in the summer, if the air in the room is air-conditioned), and recover moisture.
• Hygroscopic exchanger made of aluminium sheet. It allows you to recover heat (in the heating season) or cold (in the summer, if the air in the room is air-conditioned). This type of exchanger recovers moisture more effectively.
