The main advantages:

• Recuperator with enthalpic heat exchanger is designed for ventilation systems as a modern element enabling energy recovery – heat and moisture.
• Heat recovery allows for a significant reduction in the operating costs of the building. The enthalpic exchanger placed in the device is responsible for additional humidification / dehumidification of air supplied to the rooms. This technological solution results in the lack of the need to perform a condensate drainage system and minimizes the risk of frosting.
• 10-speed EC fans - energy-saving fans allow for wide regulation of air supply and exhaust required amount of air. The G3 pre-filters used protect the exchanger against quick dirt.
• Filters air preliminary G3 protect the exchanger against quick dirt, and the F9 air supply filter guarantees the purity of the supplied air.
• Differential pressure switch: measuring and comparing the pressure behind and before the air filter, F9 informs about the need to replace the filter, triggering an alarm of filter contamination.
• Communication and control of the device is carried out via the SMART control panel.

The recuperator is designed for ventilation of residential buildings: single-family and multi-family houses and other facilities where mechanical air exchange with heat and moisture recovery is needed, e.g. halls, warehouses, service premises, shops, commercial facilities, workshops, health clinics, fitness rooms, gyms.

Housing:

Made of galvanized steel, additionally covered with insulating material improving its acoustic and thermal properties. It has convenient handles for easy installation of the device. Connectors made of ABS plastic adapted to ventilation ducts. The housing includes a inspection door that allows for easy access to filters and an exchanger.

Enthalpic Heat Exchanger:

Made of a special material enabling high-efficiency recovery of heat and moisture from the air exhausted from the rooms (enthalpic efficiency above 70%! ). Thanks to moisture recovery, in many cases you can give up an additional humidifier.

Air filters:

The device has a set of air filters - a set of G3 pre-filters and an F9 air supply filter. Filters guarantee proper cleanliness of the air supplied to the rooms.

Differential pressure switch:

The device has a pressure switch that measures and compares the pressure behind and before the F9 air filter informs about the need to replace the filter, triggering an alarm of filter dirt.

Supply and exhaust fan:

Energy-efficient 10 speed EC fans for airflow through the exchanger and further through the ventilation ducts. They have as many as 10 predefined rotational speeds, allowing you to adjust the operation of the device in a very wide range.

SMART control panel

• It has a liquid crystal LCD screen.
• A 5 m long cable is attached to the controller.
• If necessary, the cable can be extended up to a maximum of 15 meters using a shielded cable.
