In the ventilation system, the noise emitted to the supply duct is the most troublesome, because it brings air to the bedroom and living room. It is with this noise that AirPack4 copes perfectly. AirPack4 reduces noise thanks to the flow system concept and housing design. The concept of the flow system in which the supply fan was located in front of the heat exchanger allows the use of several thousand channels of the heat exchanger to dissipate the acoustic energy generated by the fan rotor. Additional noise reduction was achieved thanks to a specially shaped foamed polypropylene housing, which reduces turbulence and absorbs some of the acoustic energy.

AirPacka4 can be installed in an unheated room where the temperature drops to -15°C in winter.

AirPack4 operates at high efficiency even at low ambient temperatures. Thanks to this, it can be installed in non-utility rooms, saving valuable space of the building. The recuperator will not lose its efficiency and there will be no risk of moisture condensation on the surfaces of its housing. All this is possible thanks to the unique FULLSHELL housing concept made of 50 mm thick foamed polypropylene without fasteners and other thermal bridges.

AirPack4 is a new, simple way to connect sensors and peripherals.

In the new AirPack4, sensors, control panels and a mobile system are connected via a port located on the housing. The expansion module is now outside and connects to the AirPack4 plug without using screwdrivers and opening the automation case.

Therefore, AirPack4 with the AFC option uses continuous differential pressure measurement on both sides of the filter to determine the degree of wear. This information allows you to replace each filter exactly when it will be fully used. Thanks to this, air quality will be the best possible and the costs of replacing filters will always be minimal.
