Ventilation unit with heat recovery is a complete device that provides mechanical air exchange in rooms of various types with simultaneous purification of supply air. The control panel brings fresh air into the rooms, and removes polluted air from them. Used air, through a paper cross exchanger, heats fresh air supplied to the rooms. Due to their compact dimensions and quiet operation, the VUT 100 P control panels are recommended for installation in suspended ceilings. The device has connection connectors for round channels d. 125 mm. It provides effective ventilation of one or more rooms. The airflow efficiency is regulated by the three-position regulator P3-1-300.

Fans inside the control panel (air and exhaust) are equipped with motors on low-power ball bearings with rotors with forward-bent blades.

The cross-exchanger achieves an efficiency of 64% to 72%. It is used not only to recover thermal energy, but also humidity, the level of which significantly affects the microclimate in the room. In the summer season, the recuperator cools the air and absorbs excess moisture, while in winter it warms and moisturizes. The used air passing through the recuperator releases moisture, where it is then condensed and absorbed so that it can combine with the recovered heat with fresh supply air, while unpleasant odors and bacteria are removed outside the room. The air entering the control panel is purified by G4 filters, located behind the inlet and before the outlet entrusts. Filters protect against the penetration of dirt and dust into the interior of the room and protect all elements of the installation from dirt and related damage.

The warm air from the room is directed to the exhaust fan through the inlet filter, enters the heat exchanger where it gives heat energy to its components and then is pushed outside the room.

Cold, fresh air is taken from the outside and directed by the supply fan to the filter, where it is cleaned, and then it goes to the heat exchanger, where it absorbs the heat energy previously given off by the used air.

Heat exchanger (recuperator) reduces heat energy losses, and thus reduces the cost of heating the room.

The control panel uses a cross plate exchanger made of polystyrene, additionally equipped with a moisture capacitor.

The efficiency (height of the fan speed level) of the control panel is regulated by a three-stage regulator P3-1-300 (A3)

The external panel of the regulator has a convenient rotation level switch.

The control panel is equipped with a freezing protection with a thermostatic switch that cuts off the power supply to the supply fan in the event that the recuperator requires heating the air extracted from the room with heat.

Due to their compact dimensions and quiet operation, the VUT 100 P control panels are recommended for installation in suspended ceilings. The device has connection connectors for round channels d. 125 mm. The electrical connection and installation shall be carried out in accordance with the instructions and electrical diagram contained in the DTR.
