ZEPHYR RECUPERATORS

Mechanical ventilation allows you to recover up to 95% of the heat contained in the exhaust air, which has a significant impact on the economic calculation during the operation of the house. PROVEN DESIGN MaxiWarm

The housing of the Zephyr 400 and 600 GT recuperators is made in MaxiWarm technology from expanded polypropylene (EPP). Maximum tightness and uniform thickness of the walls of the housing without thermal bridges provides excellent sound and thermal insulation of the recuperator. Additional silencing of the recuperator operation is ensured by the use of InstalSilent technology. Both fans are designed from the intake and launcher side. With a properly performed installation, the volume does not exceed 25-30 dB, so that even at night and without reducing performance, they are inaudible to resting household members.

The EPP housing ensures no condensation of water vapor on the housing and corrosion resistance. The recuperator body is resistant to mechanical damage and deformation.

Excellent thermal parameters allow the installation of Zephyr recuperators in unheated rooms with negative temperatures.

HIGH HEAT RECOVERY

The Zephyr 400 and 600 GT recuperators are characterized by the highest efficiency in their class. They allow you to recover up to 95% of energy. They are equipped with energy-efficient EC fans with high compression, which ensure efficient air exchange. In addition, the built-in filtered 100% by-pass supply air is controlled by an actuator, which gives even greater control over the air flow. It allows you to push, filter and refresh up to 480 m3/h (100 Pa) in the case of Zephyr 400GT and up to 600 m3/h (100 Pa) in the case of Zephyr 600GT.

SIMPLE AND CONVENIENT INSTALLATION

The use of MaxiWarm housing technology and two drip trays makes the installation of the Zephyr recuperator intuitive, simple and quick. Each device can be mounted in virtually any mounting position. Vertical or horizontal, on the wall, or directly under the ceiling or on the floor (left and right versions in one device). The Zephyr recuperator is not only the highest comfort of use, but also installation. In accordance with these principles, a filter replacement system for filter cartridges was also developed. Their replacement is carried out without tools, it is extremely simple and fast.
