The repair kit contains all parts necessary for self-service membrane blower SECOH.

Repair kit composition:

• rubber membranes (2 pcs. ) in metallized protective packaging hermetically sealed (vacuum).
• air filter – 1 pc.
• membrane housings with non-return valves (2 pcs) in metallized protective packaging hermetically sealed (vacuum).
• 4 centering inserts for use in membrane assembly
• screws, nuts and washers for the frame with magnet – 1 set.
• detailed instructions for replacing parts in Polish language!!!

ATTENTION!!! Only metallized packaging closed in a vacuum manner guarantees adequate service life and strength of membranes and their housings with check valves throughout the entire storage period.

Hermetically sealed metallized packaging protects stored elements against accelerated aging and loss of elasticity of rubber elements as a result of:

• membranes - outer diameter of the plastic membrane frame - 9,3 cm (without mounting holes); outer diameter of the rubber membrane - 8,1 cm; spacing of fixing holes of the plastic membrane frame - 9,5 cm diagonally, 6,8 cm along the side
• membrane housings: outer diameter of housing - 9,2 cm (without mounting holes), housing thickness 3,8 cm, check valve diameter 2,0 cm
• air filter - dimensions 11 cm x 11 cm, thickness approx. 1,3 cm

Servicing the blower with components included in the repair kit contributes to extending its service life and affects the proper efficiency of air production. It is recommended that components that include a repair kit for the SECOH aeration blower be replaced maximum every 3 years.
