STM - miniature controller for 1 roller shutters - ELMES.

The STM controller is designed to control the roller shutter for which the drive is used

230V~ AC induction motor with limit switches.

Thanks to the miniature housing, the controller can be installed in a flush-mounted installation box

with a depth of 60mm, under a typical wall switch for roller shutters.

Larger installation boxes are available e.g. at Simet. The controller can also be installed in the roller shutter housing.

The STM can be controlled by the WF1 Wi-Fi radio module and two or three remote control buttons:

  • Two buttons apply to remote controls:

U2T, DWB100H, DWM50HT, DW200HT, U4T. CH4HT, CH4H200, CH8HT, CH32HT

In the above mode, one button turns on and off the opening, and the other - closing

  • THREE buttons apply to remote controls: STX, CH3NT,

In the above mode, one button opens the roller shutter, the second - closes, and the third - stops movement in both directions.

It is NOT possible to control the roller shutter with just ONE button of the remote control.

The controllers can be "cleaned" with the alarm system using a modified transmitter.

The module is designed to control receivers on the 434MHz band using an Android smartphone.

Works only with devices with variable code KEELOQ® produced by Elmes Elektronik.

The module also has 4 relay outputs.

The control is carried out using the application "Elmes Control", which can be downloaded from the "Google Play Store".

Attention!!! - Currently, there is NO version of the IOS (Apple) phone app available.

Control can be done within the local Wi-Fi network and from anywhere in the world - in two ways:

  • Your router has a fixed public IP address assigned to it by your internet service provider.
  • Your router does not have a fixed public IP address, only the so-called. dynamic IP address. That means his address is changing. In this case, you should use the dynamic name server service, ang. DDNS (Dynamic Domain Name System), which is provided by many suppliers, e.g. "no-ip", "dyndns". With this service, our router will be assigned a permanent name (e.g. “nasz_router.ddns.net”), through which you will always be able to refer to it, despite the changing IP address. Note: Before choosing a specific DDNS provider, you should make sure that your router will work with it.

Global control requires port redirection in the router - there are many guides on how to do this on the network.

How the WF1 module works:

After pressing the button on the phone screen, a command assigned to this button is sent to the WF1 module.

The WF1 module - depending on the type of command - will respond to this command in one of the following ways:

1) will send, lasting about 1 s, radio transmission on the 434MHz band, which will control the Elmes radio receiver,

2) will permanently switch on, turn off or switch on for 1,5 s one of the 4 relays located on the module board
