For particularly delicate preparation and perfectly cooked rice, the digital rice cooker from Reishunger has a 7-phase cooking technology developed specifically for rice. The digital rice cooker automatically activates the corresponding cooking phases in turn: heating, medium temperature water intake, heating phase, cooking phase, nutrient protection, short water intake and finally the heat retention phase. In this way, the nutrients are preserved and the aroma can develop in the best possible way.

With the included steam cartridge, you can easily and gently cook vegetables, fish, and seafood in parallel with the cooking process on the floating steam.

Waiting is the best joy! Thanks to the timer function, you can plan up to 24 hours in advance. Simply set the timer to your desired time, add rice and water, and then press the start button. As soon as the grain is cooked, the digital rice cooker switches to heat retention mode - so you'll never burn rice again when you're busy with other things. The digital display shows how long the rice is warm.

Our rice cooker has a capacity of 1,5 l and can easily prepare 8 servings of rice. With its advanced technology, it always cooks perfectly cooked rice - whether you want to prepare just a small amount for yourself or invite family or friends for a little more cooking.

High quality inner container

The high-quality inner pot thanks to its design ensures even heat distribution. From inside to outside, the inner pot is constructed as follows: 1. durable double non-stick ceramic coating. 2. 2,0 mm thick aluminum alloy. 3. heat-resistant bronze outer shell. Ceramic coatings are safe for health and no grain of rice will stick to the bottom due to the coating.

Easy cleaning

Farewell to eternal cleaning. Cleaning our digital rice cooker doesn’t take much time or effort. Simply wash the removable inner container and small waste container with warm water with a little dishwashing liquid. The inside of the rice cooker can be easily cleaned with a sponge.

1. Preheating stage: The digital rice cooker slowly and gradually increases its temperature until it reaches 50°C.

2. Water absorption stage: When the digital rice cooker reaches 60°C-80°C, the rice begins to absorb water. This stage continues until the temperature reaches 80°C. The slower the temperature rise, the higher the quality of the finished rice. Therefore, this stage takes longer if you choose one of the special rice settings.

3. Heating stage: When the rice absorbs water, the digital rice cooker begins to heat up, bringing the water to a boil at 85°C.

4. Cooking stage: During the cooking stage, the digital rice cooker cooks rice at a maximum temperature of 100°C until the rice is ready.

5. Nutrient absorption stage: Once the rice is fully cooked, the digital rice cooker lowers the temperature to 90°C. This is the ideal temperature for cooked rice to reabsorb valuable nutrients from the water and enclose these ingredients in the grains.

6. Relaxation phase: The digital rice cooker briefly keeps the temperature at approx. 80°C so that excess water can evaporate and the rice becomes nice and fluffy.

7. Heat retention stage: When all excess water evaporates, the digital rice cooker automatically switches to "keep warm" mode, ensuring a rice temperature of 65°C.
