Packing?

➡ The food is packed in individual cubes of 250 grams. There are 40 cubes in the package. Total 10 kilograms of food for your pet

➡ Individual cubes, are packed in a collective carton. Then in a protective bag, styrofoam thermal insulation and main carton, the food comes to you frozen

➡ Depending on the shipping period, we use additional insulation in the form of thermal insulation film

Temperatures?

• ➡ We send the whole calendar year, also in summer heat, we properly secure shipments
• ➡ In spring, autumn and winter, food can easily travel from 1 to 3 working days without thawing
• ➡ In the summer, frostbite may sometimes occur mainly on the sides of the package in case of courier delays, this does not affect the quality of the feed
