1. Multifunctional meter for electrical installation parameters Sonel MPI-540-PV

Multifunctional meter of electrical installation parameters Sonel MPI-540-PV is an advanced tool designed in particular to measure the parameters of photovoltaic installations. With the help of one device, it is possible to perform a whole range of tests on the DC and AC side in accordance with the guidelines of PN-EN 62446. In addition, the Sonel MPI-540-PV is also used to carry out all measurements for determining the state of home and industrial electrical safety. The presented meter is a device with advanced capabilities, dedicated to specialists operating in the installation and electrical industry.

When measuring the parameters of a photovoltaic installation, the automatic meter converts the parameters to the STC (Standard Test Conditions) reference conditions. Measurements of voltages, currents and power on the AC and DC side of the inverter will verify its efficiency. After transferring the data stored in the meter’s memory to the Sonel PE6 program, it is possible to generate a test report on the parameters of photovoltaic installations.

With a view to automating measurements, the Sonel MPI-540-PV meter has been additionally enriched with the function of testing residual current circuit breakers in Auto mode. The instrument also has pre-programmed measuring sequences (so-called. self-tests), which can be expanded with their own sequences if necessary. The capabilities and functionality of the meter will additionally increase the properly selected accessory, e.g. in the form of an AutoISO-1000C adapter, which allows automatic measurements of insulation resistance of 3-, 4- and 5-wire wires.

2. Measurement of sunlight and temperature Sonel IRM-1

IRM-1, although small, is irreplaceable during PV installation tests. By measuring the values of sunlight and the temperature of panels and the environment, it provides the necessary data to convert the results into STC conditions. The built-in recorder with a memory of 5000 records allows you to use the instrument as a tool in the process of designing PV installations, as well as to diagnose problems with shading panels.
