Solar system filling kit with pump FOTTON FTL-223F3/8"GZ 4,8 bar connection GW 3/4" and vent valve

The product should be included in the equipment of each user of the solar installation, allows you to independently carry out maintenance work on the installation in order to maintain the correct parameters of its operation, replenishing the pressure to the level of 2,4 bar.

The kit is used to fill and refill the liquid in the solar installation. The device is also helpful for maintenance inspections. The set is designed for customers who have a GZ3/4" filling connection in the pump group.

On our other sets there are also sets designed for customers who in the pump group have a filling connection with a 10mm hose nipple.

The kit is equipped with a fitting that allows you to switch from a hose to 1/2" GZ and 3/4" GW, which will allow you to connect the pump to any installation.

Due to the wide resistance of the pump and hose to chemicals, the kit can also be used for pumping and refilling in liquids in refrigeration systems, GWC glycol ground exchanger installations, CO installations filled with glycol water solution, etc......

In order to ensure a long life of the pump, we recommend using a suction filter that eliminates contaminants that may be present in tanks or other sources from which water/liquid will be drawn - it is available in options to choose from.

Note / Service Hint:

In typical solar installations, e.g. in single-family houses, the working pressure in the system should be about 2-2,4 bar. The set after assembly but before connecting to the solar installation should be vented / poured, i.e. after inserting the suction hose into the liquid tank, turn on the pump for a moment until the liquid flows out of the end of the discharge hose, after which the pump should be turned off and only now connect the discharge pipe to the installation. With such a vented set, you can start supplementing the installation with liquid. Operations should be repeated after each airing of the suction hose, i.e. when there is no liquid in the tank from which we supplement the installation.
