The GEKO self-tinting visor is designed to protect the eyes and face during welding against sparking, chipping and UV and IR radiation.

The mask is suitable for welding with all methods using an electric arc: MMA (wrapped electrode), MIG/MAG and TIG. It also allows TIG (-) welding at low currents from 20A.

In the filter cartridge there are two photo-sensors reacting to the light of the welding arc, which automatically activate the self-blackout function. After completion of the work, the filter automatically returns to a bright state.

The filter is powered by a built-in battery that is charged with solar cells.
