Diaphragm pump - self-priming FOTTON FTL-223 2x1/4" 12V DC

Water pump equipped with Honeywell 4,3 bar automatic pressure switch.

Pump with a very wide range of application. Two 1/4" connections mean that it is used in various types of water filtration systems. The pump is equipped with a pressure switch so it is possible to control the pump by opening the valve - then a diaphragm vessel should be found in the system! - available in our store. Convenient connections for 1/4" hoses

Pump for cyclic operation! *(Working cycles depending on ambient temperature and load should not exceed 45 min of operation, then a minimum break of 15-20 min is required. Constantly ongoing and repeated too short cycles of work can lead to overheating of the contacts of the pressure switch and as a result of its damage. With this type of work, the minimum cycles should not be less than 0,5-1 minutes )

Clean water pump, if there may be contaminants in the pumped water, a 10mm suction filter should be used. We recommend using a filter whenever the pump draws water from tanks or an open source.

Membrane:

Special membrane material used exclusively in FOTTON - TPV58A cross-linked elastomer pumps is a unique material characterized by very good thermal resistance, resistance to UV, chemicals, oils, solvents and ozone in a long time interval. Resistance to a specific chemical compound should be checked on your own knowing the materials from which the pump is made before its application! .

Pump head:

PA66 - Polyamide 66 has very high mechanical strength, rigidity, heat resistance, chemical resistance, this material can also work at durable operating temperatures up to 100°C. (whole pump up to 60°C)
