Sensory tunnel – pouf - ideal for every child. It is used primarily in the treatment of sensory integration disorders, for children with autism, or Down syndrome and cerebral palsy. It can be used for squeezing, hiding like a hiding place or as a seat. The child can also enter the tunnel, and the person exercising with him can roll, massage or press his body. Many years of experience in sewing products intended for the therapy of sensory integration disorders indicates that sensory tunnels are even necessary in specialized offices or in exercise rooms. Vest-Pol is a manufacturer of tunnels in several sizes, in accordance with the demand reported by customers.

Tunnels are sewn from strong colored cotton fabric and filled with durable polystyrene granules.

The fabrics we use are Oeko-Tex® certified. Styrofoam granules are certified by the National Institute of Hygiene.

Filling: EPS Styrofoam granules are a lightweight, resilient and plastic filling that adapts to the body, providing comfort and support while sitting, resting or playing. Most of its volume is air, making it safe even for children and easy to carry. Despite its lightness, it provides stable support for the spine, legs and arms.

The granules are PZH certified, harmless to health and allergy friendly. It has a natural tendency to knead during use, which is normal and results from the specifications of this type of filling.

Maintenance: wet cleaning.

The tunnel on this listing is in the OPEN version - with a removable cover. The ease of removing the cover and washing it in the washing machine means that the tunnel can be used by many children and easily cleaned. Styrofoam granules are placed securely in the openwork mesh. At the same time, cotton gives a feeling of warmth in contact with the skin.
