DURABLE WELDED HOT DIP GALVANIZED STEEL BOWL

The cradle uses a welded bowl made of sheet metal with a thickness of 1,2mm, which was additionally hot-dip galvanized. Why such a solution? The use of steel guarantees the highest durability and strength of the bowl. To exclude structural weak points, the bowl is reinforced at the most sensitive points - where the greatest mechanical stresses occur. The fire zinc of the bowl provides it with the highest resistance to corrosion, weather conditions, and scratches. Thanks to this solution, the bowl never corrodes and does not carry ugly scratches on its surface. To increase the safety of use and strengthen the rigidity of the bowl, a thickened and rounded rim is used, which perfectly protects against cuts and perfectly stiffens the entire structure of the bowl. Galvanized steel bowl is a perfect solution for those who value quality, durability, and strength. The bowl has a special handle for kiprowanie welded pins for easy turning of the bowl.

EASY KIPRING SYSTEM

The HIGHER feed trolleys use a simple, easy and very convenient solution in the form of a tilting bowl for easy and quick kipping. To unload/draw the load, you do not have to lift the entire wheel arch up (as in wheelbarrows) just unlock the bowl and tilt it forward. Kiprowanie allows you to place the bowl on special welded pins to the bowl (in these places we used additional reinforcement). The pins allow you to rotate the bowl as well as remove it from the frame and use the bowl itself.

STRONG, DURABLE, PUMPED WHEELS ON A STEEL RIM

Practical, strong, pumped wheels provide very high versatility of use. The offered wheels will easily overcome virtually any type of surface. The rubber, retreaded tire provides good grip and the inner tube cushioning. The whole is mounted on a strong, steel axle additionally reinforced, which guarantees high strength. The wheel attachment is provided by a steel screw tightening the wheel. Why pumped wheels? They absorb shocks and uneven terrain, which translates into a smooth ride and reduced risk of damage to goods.

STRONG, STEEL AND WELDED CONSTRUCTION - THICK PIPES!

What particularly distinguishes our wheelbarrow from other, cheaper substitutes is the strong and above all welded construction of the entire cradle. For the production of our trolleys, we used thick steel pipes with a diameter of ø 32 mm and a wall thickness of 1,5 mm to provide them with adequate rigidity, durability and strength, as well as safety when transporting really heavy objects. The frame made of such a pipe provides stable support for the entire cradle, which translates into safety when transporting materials in the garden, on the construction site or in other workplaces. Its robust design allows you to carry heavy loads without worrying about deformation or damage to the frame.

INCREASED DURABILITY COMPARED TO TWISTED CRADLES

Due to the low price on the market, twisted cradles are quite popular, where the main structural elements of the rack are connected to each other by screws. Unfortunately, the advantage of such wheelbarrows is only the price. If we compare the stiffness of welded and twisted wheelbarrows, the difference will be noticeable almost immediately. Wheelbarrows with welded construction are extremely rigid and there is no rocking effect of the entire structure. However, the most important advantage is that the welded wheelbarrow will last 3x longer than the twisted wheelbarrow. It is worth knowing that when transporting a heavy load, the structure “works” in every direction. If we are dealing with a twisted wheelbarrow, the mounting holes simply work out and over time the wheelbarrow is not suitable for use. Such a problem does not occur in our welded structures, where the material used has the appropriate thickness and diameter. It is worth investing wisely!

NON-SLIP HANDLES WITH SPECIAL NOTCHING AND STEEL HAND PROTECTION

The handles of our wheelbarrow are made of durable plastic, which has special anti-slip notching. This provides better grip, safety and control. Thanks to specially designed handles, the transport of loads is even more comfortable. The finish of the handles is designed to provide ergonomics to the user, allowing for the greatest comfort during tasks. In addition, we use a very useful solution in the form of steel hand protectors, which are welded right in front of the handles. They provide effective protection of the hands while driving the cradle (protect against accidental snapping, abrasion or upholstery). Thanks to this, the impact always takes on the protector, completely protecting the hands.

ERGONOMIC DESIGN AND PROPER BALANCE

The cradle handles are designed to provide a comfortable grip and allow the user's hand to be naturally positioned while driving the wheelbarrow. The ergonomic design allows you to reduce muscle tension and prevent discomfort during prolonged use. The handles feature a non-slip surface that provides a secure grip. This results in greater stability and control over the wheelbarrow, which translates into user safety. For proper balance and relief of the user, a special design with a shifted center of gravity forward has been used to be able to transport goods as easily and with the least effort.
