• Fast Lock – an external locking system, which thanks to solid buckles gives the possibility of quick and reliable adjustment of the appropriate length of the stick. It also works very well at low temperatures.

• To clarify the size, multiply your height by 0,68, e.g. A person with a height of 180 cm will choose sticks with a length of 120 cm (180 x 0,68 = 122 cm, so we round to the nearest value, i.e. 120 cm). Similarly, a person with a height of 170 cm will choose sticks with a length of 115 cm, etc.

• The general rule is that by holding the stick in an upright position, our arm forms a right angle with the forearm.

• If we fluctuate between two sizes, we recommend choosing a lower size for less experienced people, while choosing a higher size is recommended for people with more experience and runners
