- Adjust the length of the stick according to height.
- Put the wrist strap on so that the stick naturally adheres to your hand.
- Start the walk, alternately: right leg – left stick / left leg – right stick.
- Roll the gentle movement of the arm – without strapping.
- Put a rubber overlay on the asphalt, a soft plate on the terrain.
- After a walk, wipe the tips and overlays, dry the handle.
