Trekking poles are used during hiking, mountaineering, or other outdoor activities. They are designed to provide additional support and stability when walking on difficult terrain, as well as help reduce the load on legs and joints.

The poles consist of three basic parts: the handle, the shaft, and the tip. The handle is the part of the pole that is held in the hand and is made of rubber to provide a secure grip. The pole shaft is made of aluminum and its length is adjustable to fit the user's height. The pole tip is made of plastic and has a rubber end that provides grip and cushioning on difficult terrain.

Trekking poles are equipped with an adjustment system, which allows you to adjust their length to your height and to the terrain on which they move. The adjustment system is a telescopic design, which allows you to easily and quickly adjust the length of the stick to individual needs.

The poles have height adjustment from 63 to 135 cm. This means that they will be suitable for any person with a height of 142 to 190cm.

The Anti-Shock system is a mechanism mounted in trekking poles, which is designed to reduce the shock transmitted to the hands, wrists and arms when walking.

It consists of several elements, such as springs or shock absorbers, which absorb shocks caused when putting sticks on the ground while walking. Thanks to this, the Anti-Shock system can reduce the impact of repeated shocks on the upper limbs, which can contribute to reducing fatigue and improving comfort during hiking.
