The TCL FreshIN 2.0 Series FBI TAC-12CHSD/FBI wall air conditioner is a modern split system designed for users who expect not only effective cooling and heating, but also improved indoor air quality. The model offers a nominal cooling capacity of 3,5 kW and a heating capacity of 3,7 kW, making it suitable for apartments, houses, offices and other rooms with an area of up to about 40 m².

The TCL FreshIN 2.0 series is distinguished primarily by its fresh air exchange system. Unlike classic air conditioners, whose primary task is to recircle the air inside the room, TCL TAC-12CHSD/FBI can supply air from the outside with a capacity of up to 60 m³/h, remove air from the room with a capacity of up to 30 m³/h and operate in double-sided air exchange mode. This allows you to combine the function of air conditioning with the possibility of improving the conditions in the interior.

FreshIN 2.0 – fresh air and effective filtration

One of the most important elements of the TCL FreshIN 2.0 Series FBI is an extensive fresh air supply and purification system. The air taken from the outside passes through the QuadruPuri filtration system covering four stages of purification: a pre-filter, an antibacterial filter with silver ions, a high-performance HEPA filter and a high-density filter. This solution helps to reduce the amount of dust and other contaminants entering the room.

The air conditioner also allows air to circulate inside the room. The air is taken up by the FreshIN system, undergoes an additional filtration process, and then goes back inside. The TVOC air quality monitoring system allows you to control the conditions in the room on an ongoing basis, which increases the functionality of the device in everyday use.

Comfortable temperature without unpleasant gusts

TCL TAC-12CHSD/FBI uses Smart Gentle Wind technology, whose task is to reduce intense, direct airflow. Specially designed blinds with numerous micro-holes disperse the air stream, making it milder and more even. This solution can be particularly useful in the bedroom, living room, children's room or workplace, where users are within reach of the air conditioner for a long time.

Smart Vector Airflow allows you to choose multiple airflow direction settings. In cooling mode, colder air can be directed upwards, while during heating, warm air is directed downwards. There are also 7 levels of fan speed available to the user – from settings designed for quiet night work to intense Turbo mode.

An additional solution is the temperature balance of fresh air. The air taken from the outside before entering the room passes through the exchanger of the indoor unit, so that it can be properly cooled or heated. The system helps maintain the temperature to an accuracy of about ±0,5°C, limiting the rapid changes felt by users.

High energy efficiency and Inverter technology

The TCL FreshIN 2.0 TAC-12CHSD/FBI air conditioner uses an inverter compressor that seamlessly adjusts its performance to the current room demand. After reaching the set temperature, the device can work with less load instead of cyclically turning the compressor on and off. This allows you to maintain the temperature more stable and reduce unnecessary energy consumption.

The SEER ratio is 8,5, which translates into the energy efficiency class A+++ during cooling. In heating mode, the device reaches SCOP 4,6 and energy class A++. Thanks to this, TCL TAC-12CHSD/FBI can be used not only in summer, but also as an efficient heat source during transition periods and in winter.

The operating range in heating mode reaches an external temperature of -20°C, while cooling can operate from -15°C. The device is also equipped with a +8°C temperature maintenance function, useful in unused rooms, recreation houses or other facilities where it is required to protect the interior from excessive cooling.

Self Clean, Turbo and Additional Comfort Features

The Self Clean feature helps keep the indoor unit exchanger clean. The process includes subsequent stages of freezing, defrosting, high temperature drying and sterilization. Regular use of this function facilitates the maintenance of hygienic operating conditions of the device and reduces the accumulation of pollutants inside the air conditioner.

In situations requiring quick cooling or heating of the room, you can use the Super Turbo Start function. The device also has a night mode, automatic restart after power failure, timer, independent dehumidification, self-diagnostic function and remembering the position of the blinds. The I Feel function uses a temperature sensor placed in the remote control, so that the air conditioner can adjust the operation to the temperature measured in the place where the user is.

Control via Wi-Fi and TCL Home app
