I. EXHAUST CYCLE (cycle duration 65 seconds) – removal of used air. During this cycle, the device drains used air from inside the building. This air flows through the ceramic exchanger, transferring part of the stored heat energy to it.

II. AIR SUPPLY CYCLE (cycle duration 65 seconds) – fresh air supply. In this cycle, the device draws fresh air from outside the building. By passing through the ceramic exchanger, the air recovers some of the heat energy transmitted by the air removed during the exhaust cycle.

The product complies with the “Clean Air” program

Our device meets all the technical requirements specified in the “Clean Air” and program has been placed on the Green Equipment and Materials List (UTI).

The UTI list provides support to the beneficiaries of the program, facilitating the selection of devices and materials eligible for funding.

1. Pre-filter

This is the basic protective element that stops larger contaminants such as dust, pollen, hair or hair. Thanks to it, the remaining filters last longer and more efficiently.

2. Carbon filter

It uses active carbon to absorb odors, gases and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Ideal in areas exposed to intense odors, e.g. in kitchens or near busy roads. However, it is worth remembering that the use of a carbon filter can reduce the air flow in the system.

3. HEPA filter H13

Provides the highest level of air purification, removing 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns, including PM2.5 dust, allergens, bacteria and viruses. It is an excellent choice for allergy sufferers and health-conscious individuals.

4. Filter H7

It offers good efficiency in removing fine dust and allergens, retaining about 85% of particles ranging in size from 0,3 microns. It is suitable for rooms with moderate levels of pollution.

Ceramic core - efficiency and durability

The ceramic core in AIWA recuperators is an innovative technology that significantly increases the efficiency of heat recovery. Thanks to the unique structure of the material, the ceramic core collects heat from the air removed from the rooms and transfers it to the supplied air, which allows for the optimization of air exchange processes.
