Decentral ventilation provides comfort by bringing the optimal amount of fresh air without having to open the window, which results in a significant cooling of the room in the winter and an influx of insects in the summer. The ventilation system consists of several smaller units located in different rooms of the house.

An additional aspect is to reduce interference with the building compared to the traditional recuperation system. The devices are located directly in the external wall of the building, without the need to distribute ventilation ducts and carry out a thorough renovation. This significantly reduces installation costs, particularly in older buildings.

AHR is a new generation of decentralized ventilation devices that enable ventilation of rooms while reducing heat loss. Thanks to the use of a ceramic accumulation exchanger, AHR retains and accumulates thermal energy, and then heats cooler, supplied air from the outside. The difference between the AHR series and HRV is in the solutions used to automate its work. The electronics used control the operation of the device and adjust its parameters depending on the conditions in the room where the AHR was installed.

WIRELESS COMMUNICATION

The AHR series has the ability to connect several devices installed in one or more rooms with the ability to pair them using wireless communication, without the hassle of connecting devices using a power cord. Pairing possible in different modes, e.g. Both units only supply, or only exhaust and alternating operation one unit of supply and the other exhausts.

Thanks to the mobile application, it is possible to remotely manage devices without the need for a remote control. The extensive control panel allows detailed management of device functions.

AIR SUPPLY

The heat stored in the exchanger is received by the supply air stream and then transferred to the room. After cooling the exchanger, there is an automatic change of direction of work.

EXHAUST

When working in the exhaust direction, heat is stored in a ceramic exchanger. After the exchanger is fully heated, the direction of work is automatically changed.

WORK IN THREE RUNNING MODES

THE REMOTE CONTROL WORKS IN THE FOLLOWING MODES:

  • RECUPERATION MODE - the direction of air flow is changed every 70 seconds.
  • EXHAUST MODE - continuous operation in the direction of exhaust.
  • AIR SUPPLY MODE - continuous operation in the direction of air supply.
  • NIGHT MODE (quiet) - activates at the time set by the user, reducing the efficiency and noise of the device.
  • AIRING MODE - fan operation on 3 gear for 30 minutes and currently selected direction (operation mode).

ELEMENTS OF THE DEVICE:

1. Ceramic exchanger is the heart of the device and one of its most important elements. The AHR used a hexagonal exchanger, thanks to which one of the highest heat recovery coefficients in decentralized ventilation devices available on the market was obtained.

2. Channel - the channel is made of PVC with the addition of silver ions to prevent the growth of bacteria inside it. Additional insulation was also used to reduce condensation and heat loss.

3. ABS housing – housing elements are made of ABS plastic with the addition of a UV stabilizer, increasing resistance to sunlight.

4. Engine - the recuperator is equipped with an energy-saving 24V DC brushless motor.

5. Cleaning filters - AHR is equipped with two air purifying filters.

6. Pilot - AHR160 is equipped with an infrared remote control, enabling operation of the device in the full range of changing operating modes, operating speed and on and off.

7. Automatic blinds - automatic shut-off blinds for air flow after switching off the device and a soundproofed inner panel increase the comfort of use.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION OF AHR DEVICES

The basic function of the AHRE160 EASY is to ensure air exchange in the room while reducing heat loss. Recovery of heat lost in the ventilation process is possible thanks to the use of a ceramic accumulation exchanger, which stops and accumulates heat energy, and then heats the cooler air supplied from the outside. If the supply air has a higher temperature than in the room, the exchanger will lower it using the exhaust air temperature.

EXAMPLE OF DEPLOYMENT

The AHRE160 EASY has been designed so that it is possible to create a network of devices operating simultaneously in multiple rooms of one house. The more of them are installed, the more fresh air is delivered to the interior and the lower the heating costs in heating seasons.

Door-to-Door (D2D) is a convenient service, under which the manufacturer or distributor covers the full costs of transporting the equipment to the service and sending it back to the customer. In the event of a breakdown, it is enough to report the fault, the courier will pick up the device directly from the house, and after repair will deliver it back.
