Ventilation device for single rooms

APPLICATION

• Efficient, energy-efficient constant ventilation of individual rooms, while minimizing heat loss.
• Filtration of incoming air.
• Assisting in maintaining proper air humidity.
• For mounting directly in the exterior wall.
• Possibility of extension of the channel in the case of a thicker wall (wall) than 380mm - using a half-meter channel with the symbol 150-5 (see above on BUY TOGETHER -> EXPAND) or a dedicated, cutable meter extension: 2010/2 (in the absence of displaying the set, search for the product 2010/2 from our offer). We recommend a second solution, i.e. product 2010/2.
• On our other auctions there are EXTERNAL outlets (MW AZPK) in brown and gray - IMPORTANT!!! When installing the MW series intakes in brown or gray (additional equipment), to ensure the proper operation of the ventilation system, the check valve located in the intake should be removed. This recommendation does not apply to intakes in standard equipment supplied with the device in the package.

DEVICE CONSTRUCTION

1. Replaceable air filter (2 pieces) - purifies the air from dust and foreign objects. Prevents contamination of the heat exchanger.
2. Ventilation channel with spacer ring - to ensure the required distance between the fan and the heat exchanger
3. Ceramic heat exchanger - uses thermal energy from the exhaust air to heat the supply air
4. External ventilation hood - prevents water and foreign bodies from entering the device
5. Reverse fan - a fan that generates a stream of exhaust or supply air
6. Decorative front panel of the fan equipped with a cable with plug and switch (length. cable approx. 170 cm) and adjustable humidity sensor (under front decorative panel)

Working modes:

You can control the operation of the device using a humidity sensor. With the help of the attached plastic screwdriver, set the required humidity level in the range of 60-90% on the potentiometer. If the humidity in the room exceeds the set value, the device automatically turns on and works until the humidity returns to normal.

The device operates in two 60-second cycles:

• I cycle

Warm, used air removed from the room flows through the heat exchanger, transferring heat and moisture. After 60 seconds of heating the heat exchanger, the ventilation unit switches to airflow mode.

• II cycle

Fresh, cool air from the outside flows through the heat exchanger. The air is humidified and heated by the heat previously stored in the exchanger. After 60 seconds, the fan switches back to exhaust mode and the cycle repeats.

ASSEMBLY

Wall mounting in the external wall - it is a quick and simple installation of the ventilation unit.
