Bemar Bartscher is an extremely elegant and functional equipment that will work perfectly not only in catering establishments, but also during fairs, festivals or outdoor events, allowing you to keep warm and serve a variety of dishes comfortably. The device has CE certificate and meets the requirements of Sanitary.
The offered buffet trolley combines functionality, aesthetic design and high-quality materials, thanks to which it will perform its function for a long time. The body made of teak wood looks extremely impressive and solid. Thanks to additional intermediate rods, it is possible to use GN containers in other configurations. Granite countertops add elegance to the stroller and are easy to clean.
On 2 supports is based glazed cover (canopy) with integrated lighting, which attractively exposes stored dishes.
The trolley is equipped with 4 swivel wheels including two with brakes allowing easy movement of the device and its stable stop at the destination. Under the bemar there are 4 spacious shelves on which you can store, accessories, plates and other products.
The dishes placed in GN containers are heated in a water bath, so that the heat is distributed evenly and the dishes do not burn. Each of the trolley chambers has its own heating element with a power of 2 kW and a thermostat with smooth temperature control in the range of from 30 to 90°C. Bemar requires two separate power outlets. Drain taps allow for easy removal of used water.
The device is delivered in a package for self-assembly.
