Multifunctional design: This heat-supporting steamer combines heating, steaming, and serving in one appliance for convenience. Note: It is only used for heating food and not for cooking; it should not be used for more than 30 minutes at temperatures above 90°C (194°F).

Temperature control with knob: The easy-to-use knob allows you to precisely set the temperature between 30 and 110 °C (86 – 230 °F) and is ideal for heating frozen or fresh rolls, dim sum and other steamed dishes, keeping them always at the optimal serving temperature.

Large capacity thanks to 5 levels: 5 spacious shelves, holding about 50 to 60 rolls. Removable shelves provide easy access, while the slightly sloping design prevents the rollers from getting wet by water droplets – the perfect solution during peak hours.

Dry operation protection: The integrated sensor automatically turns off the device when the water level is low, preventing damage and ensuring safe operation. The device has an internal tank (1,7 l) and an external tank (with a total capacity of 5 l, maximum filling level of 3,5 l), which facilitates water management.
