The Starke Pro 20/24/28 cm glass lids are transparent and durable. They are protected from chipping by a silicone rim. The built-in vent discreetly and efficiently regulates the amount of water vapor in the dishes during stewing dishes. The cover rim will also fit to the edge of the dishes and will not damage it (e.g. will not scratch the non-stick coating). An innovation in this set is the drainage function without removing the lids from the dish. Special holes are used for this. There are also marked places on the silicone edge, for which you can safely hold them by tilting the pot. The lid holder is made of durable bakelite. This item is foldable for easy storage. With such a set of 3 lids, you will avoid splashing sauce or fat and accidental burning of your hands. They will successfully replace damaged lids or complement a set of homemade pan lids. You can safely wash them in your home dishwasher. Remember that the holes for straining and adjusting the water vapor in the dish should never be directed to the handles of used pots - the risk of burning with hot air!
