Product Description

TFA Dostmann 14.1552.01 is a precision digital thermometer dedicated to Sous Vide cooking. The device allows you to accurately measure the temperature inside meat, fish or vegetables during the cooking process and other kitchen applications where temperature control is required. The extremely thin measuring tip made of stainless steel (1,5 mm) minimizes possible damage to the vacuum film during measurements. The set includes PE foam tape (length 2 m), which is used for additional sealing of the container and a magnet for convenient attachment of the thermometer on pots and plastic containers. The thermometer has a measuring range from -40°C to +250°C, offering measurement with high accuracy (up to ±0,8°C). In addition, it is equipped with an automatic shut-off function and protection against water jets (IP65). The measuring tip can remain in the water bath throughout cooking, allowing for constant control of the process while maintaining safety and hygiene. The thermometer is powered by a battery (included) and is operated in a simple, intuitive way thanks to a clear digital display.
