HIGHER® cradle - incomparably better than cheaper substitutes. Why?

Koleba HIGHER® is our latest project, which was created based on the comments of our customers and our entire experience in the production of wheelbarrows, cradles and transport trolleys. In our latest cradle, all problems reported by customers have been eliminated and we have also made improvements at the instigation of numerous users. This product is the result of cooperation between us and yours, which is why it is very successful, because the changes made in the product come from users.

What we changed:

➡ the main change is to use thicker pipe for the cradle structure, additionally we used steel bottom to strengthen the structure and strengthen the bottom of the bowl

➡ we used 2x stronger material (larger pipe diameter and greater thickness) to stiffen the whole structure

➡ we added hand protectors in the form of steel flat bars

➡ we have introduced a steel rim to protect the bowl during kiprowanie

Indestructible thick pipe axle only in original HIGHER® cradles

In our cradles, the material has been selected to withstand the declared load. There is no question of thin tubes or bending axles. We used a much stronger solution that guarantees durability, reliability for many years of use. In fact, it is a more expensive solution - but quality costs, and our goal is a high-quality product that will last a very long time.

Strong massive handles, frame - novelty welded construction

Unlike cheap competition in HIGHER® cradles, we focus on massiveness, durability and reliability. As the main structural element we use steel pipes with a diameter of ø 48mm and a thickness of 1.2mm. In our opinion, only such material guarantees the proper strength of the cradle with its maximum loading. In addition, the structure has a welded steel bottom and axle. The whole is welded significantly increases the rigidity of the cradle compared to twisted cradles. Our cradle is a professional product and the difference with a cheaper Chinese fake can be seen with the naked eye.

The entire supporting structure is prepared by our production plant and the plastic bowl is produced especially for our company by one of the largest Polish manufacturers of high-quality plastic products. Components such as handles or wheels are provided by Polish manufacturers. Throughout the production process and the selection of components, we focus on quality and reliable suppliers.

We are aware that by focusing on the high quality of the product, we will never provide the lowest price on the market because we compete with products of much lower quality, durability and completely different construction. Is it worth paying more? In our opinion, yes, provided that you buy the product for years and not for one season and you also want to be sure that this product will withstand the declared load capacity. It is worth investing in quality and durability, because it is also safety when transporting the maximum loaded wheel. Investing in a good cradle is also an investment in peace, because complaints about construction or bent axles do not take place here. And finally, let's compare durability: our cradle is welded, has a steel reinforced bottom - we guarantee that it will last 2 - 3 times longer than its cheaper counterpart.

Super durable bowl made of durable plastic.

Our goal is always the high quality of our products, which is why the HIGHER® cradle is equipped with a very strong and durable bowl. The bowl is made of plastic resistant to impact or large temperature fluctuations (all-year use). We are the only ones who use bottom reinforcement made of strong steel sheet. Why did we introduce steel bottom reinforcement? The bottom of the bowl in addition to the axle is the most exposed place for damage and deformation. Steel reinforcement prevents mechanical damage, cracks, deformation, increase durability and strength. In addition, the steel sheet, which adheres over the entire surface to the bottom of the cradle evenly distributes the weight carried in the bowl. This is an excellent solution that works for us for many years.

Steel reinforcement of the front rim of the bowl for easy kipring

To strengthen the front rim of the bowl, which is most exposed to mechanical damage, we have introduced steel reinforcement. It protects the bowl from possible frontal damage. Reinforcement of the rim also plays a very important functional role because it facilitates the kiping of the bowl, thanks to the possibility of supporting the cradle on a steel wound when pouring out of the cradle. This is our proprietary solution, which is perfect for everyday use. Cheaper replacements do not have such reinforcement, which means that the bowl is significantly exposed to mechanical damage.

Strong 2-strand rubber bearing pneumatic wheels

We use strong, durable and very good quality pneumatic wheels. The construction basis of the wheel are steel rims with reinforcing embossing. The durability of the wheels is selected so that they are perfect for the largest loads. We intentionally use 2-canvas tires, which are the strongest among the available tires on the market.
