to minimize the risk of injury in the event of a fall – usually at knee level (approx. 40-50 cm above the ground).

secured, preferably with hammock knots, carabiners or dedicated handles.

- Always check that the ropes or straps are properly fastened and not worn out before using the hammock.

- When entering the hammock, sit in its center, then slowly move to a lying position. Avoid violent movements that

may cause the hammock to tip over.

- Try to evenly distribute the weight of the body over the entire surface of the hammock. Lying on your side can cause tilting and

fall.

- Always adhere to the maximum permissible load of 200 kg.

- Long-term exposure of the hammock to the sun can weaken its material, so it is worth storing it in the shade when it is not
