DURABLE PVC PLASTIC BOWL

The hopper in the HIGHER flask is made of durable plastic. We decided on such a solution because PVC is resistant to weather conditions, such as snow, rain or UV radiation. Thanks to this, the wheelbarrow with a plastic bowl will not rust and does not lose its structure. In addition, plastic is safer to use - it does not have sharp edges, which minimizes the risk of cuts.

The PVC bowl used in the cradle is designed to provide maximum strength and durability. Its special design includes both ribbed bottom and thickened and rolled collar around the perimeter, which significantly strengthens the entire structure of the bowl. The PVC material used in the production of the bowl is extremely durable and long-lasting, which guarantees long-lasting use without worrying about damage or deformation. STRONG, DURABLE, PUMPED WHEELS ON A STEEL RIM

Practical and durable pumped wheels are a key element of the wheelbarrow, which provides great versatility of use in a variety of off-road conditions. Thanks to them, it is possible to easily overcome virtually any type of surface, which makes them an ideal solution for many applications.

Rubber, retreaded tires provide excellent grip even on difficult surfaces, while shock absorption thanks to the inner tube used. This combination not only guarantees a smooth ride, but also reduces the risk of damage to goods transported in the cradle.

The bowl in the wheelbarrow is based on a solid frame made of ø 32 mm x 1,5 mm pipe. This construction is characterized by extraordinary reliability and resistance to deformation, which makes the wheelbarrow frame characterized by extraordinary durability even under heavy use and during the transport of heavy loads.

Pipe with such parameters is a guarantee not only of strength, but also stability of the entire wheelbarrow structure. The robust construction of the ø 32 mm x 1,5 mm pipe allows for trouble-free handling of heavy loads without worrying about deformation or damage to the frame.

INCREASED DURABILITY COMPARED TO TWISTED CRADLES

On the market there are popular twisted cradles, which are distinguished primarily by low price. Nevertheless, the added value only in this case is the financial aspect. When the stiffness of welded and twisted cradles is compared, the difference becomes visible almost immediately. Cradles with welded construction are characterized by extraordinary rigidity and the lack of rocking phenomenon of the entire structure.

What’s more, their durability far exceeds the durability of twisted cradles – up to three times. It is worth noting that when transporting heavy loads, the structure experiences loads in different directions.

In the case of twisted cradles, the mounting holes simply form, which in turn leads to the unsuitability of the cradle. Such problems do not occur in the case of welded cradles, where the material used is characterized by appropriate thickness and diameter.
