🟡 Frame assembly:

1 Place the main pltform (GC99-1) in the center.

2 Attach the sides (GC99-2) to the longer sides of the main platform.

3 Mount the front (GC99-3) and rear (GC99-4) to form a full frame.

4 Use quick couplers (GC99-16) to attach each wall to the platform.

5 At the connection points, use nuts with 8 mm lock (GC99-17) to ensure the stability of the structure.

🟡 Rear axle mounting:

1 Attach the rear axle bracket (GC99-6) to the underside of the frame at the rear.

2 Attach the left (GC99-7) and right (GC99-8) arm to the bracket.

3 Slide the axle over your shoulders and mount the two wheels (GC99-5) on the sides.

4 Use washers (GC99-20), wheel washers (GC99-24), then secure everything with screws (GC99-25) and nuts with 12 mm lock (GC99-21).

5 If necessary, use additional 12 mm nuts with lock (GC99-23) to strengthen the wheel attachment.

🟡 Assembly of front axle and steering mechanism:

1 Attach the front bracket (GC99-9) to the front of the platform.

2 Mount the central axle bracket (GC99-10) to it.

3 Under the axle brackets, use 10 mm front axle bracket washers (GC99-28), then tighten with 10 mm nut with lock (GC99-22).

4 Attach the yoke (GC99-11) and connect it to the steering wheel connector (GC99-12).

5 Install the clutch (GC99-13) at the end of the yoke axis.

6 Attach the handle (GC9-14) and coupling unit (GC99-15) to the clutch.

7 Connect the handle to the axle with the lock handle (GC99-19), locking screw (GC99-29), locking rail (GC99-26) and secure with a pin (GC99-27).

8 Attach steering rods (GC99-18) with wheel connectors (GC99-30) to the yoke – one on the left, one on the right.

9 Mount the front wheels (GC99-5) using washers (GC99-20), wheel washers (GC99-24), bolts (GC99-25), and nuts with 12 mm lock (GC99-21)

🔟 Strengthen connection points with additional locking nuts (GC99-23) and washers if needed

🟡 Installation of handle and steering mechanism:

1 Install the clutch (GC99-13) at the end of the yoke axis.

2 Insert the handle (GC99-14) into the coupling unit (GC99-15).

3 Connect to the axle via (GC99-19) lock handle and secure with appropriate screws.
