The tower has as many as 3 floors for melted chocolate. The product is pressed by a screw roller to the top of the fountain, from where it flows down continuously. In hot chocolate you can dip various types of fruits and pastries and enjoy the great taste.

⭐⭐CHOCOLATE:

Chocolate with a high content of cocoa butter, produced specifically for chocolate fondue, is best suited. The cocoa content should be at least 60%.

If the cocoa content is less than 60%, you may need to add a small amount of vegetable oil. Otherwise, the chocolate will be too sticky and will not form a compact mist on the cascades.

We recommend the following types of chocolate: milk chocolate or bitter chocolate, milk or bitter couverture, or white varieties of chocolate and couverture.

You can also use mint chocolate, strawberry chocolate or mocha chocolate.

Small amounts of Amaretto liqueur, coffee liqueur, coffee powder, coconut milk, etc. can be added to your taste.

Not suitable: chocolates containing nuts or almonds, whole or in pieces. They can block the transport auger.

To create a fountain, you need at least 500 g of chocolate or 750 g of couverture. This amount also depends on the type of chocolate used.
