The sous-vide method has been standard in professional kitchens for years – now it can be used at home, without specialized equipment. Klarstein Quickstick Flex is a precision immersion circulator that cooks meat, fish and vegetables at a controlled temperature, preserving all juices, aromas and nutritional values.

The operation is simple: products enclosed in a vacuum bag are boiled in a water bath kept at exactly the set temperature. Accurate Temperature Technology controls the water temperature with an accuracy of ±0,2 °C – the medium rare steak comes out identically every time, regardless of whether the cooking takes an hour or a dozen or so. The temperature range from 0 to 95 °C covers virtually any type of product.

Operation of the device does not require culinary experience. Simply set the temperature and cooking time on the display, attach the Quickstick Flex with a clamp on the edge of the pot, and run the program. The display rotates 180° so it is always readable. Built-in pump with 3D Circulating technology ensures even heat distribution throughout the water bath. The timer can be set for up to 60 hours.

Safety of use is ensured on several levels: the circulator is IPX7 certified waterproof and is equipped with Safety-First technology – the device automatically turns off when the water level drops too low. After cooking, simply rinse it under running water.

The slim rod-shaped design fits into any standard pot or container with a capacity of up to 20 liters – without the need to buy special accessories. Storage does not take up much space.
