The basic circulator in the Wartmann offer and the easiest way to cook sous vide without buying a separate device with a bathtub. You attach it with a screw to any pot or container, set the temperature and time, and that's it.

How it works

The 1000 W heater raises the water temperature, and the pump forces circulation, so that the same temperature prevails throughout the bath. It is circulation that distinguishes sous vide from cooking in a pot with a thermometer: without it, the water at the heater is warmer than at the wall, and the steak on the one hand comes out differently than on the other.

Service

Touch control on the display, temperature range from 35 to 95°C with 0,1 degree adjustment, time up to 99 hours. The colored ring shows the working status from the other end of the kitchen, and the beep indicates that the water has reached the set temperature and you can insert the bag. After every 60 hours of operation, the device itself reminds you of descaling.

Waterproof

The housing has an IPx7 class, i.e. it can withstand full immersion. In practice, this means that washing does not require caution, and accidental flooding does not end the matter.
