The sous-vide method is a way of working for professional chefs – cooking in vacuum-closed bags, in a precisely controlled water bath. With Klarstein Quickstick Flex you can achieve the same effect in your own kitchen: juicy steaks, tender fish fillets and crispy vegetables prepared exactly as in a restaurant.

The advantage of this method is that the ingredients enclosed in a vacuum bag do not lose juices, aromas or nutritional value. Accurate Temperature Technology maintains the water temperature with an accuracy of ±0,2 °C, which means a repeatable effect with every cooking – whether it is medium rare steak or delicate vegetables. The temperature range is from 0 to 95 °C, which allows you to prepare almost any type of food.

Operation of the device is simple: the temperature and cooking time are set directly on the display, and the Quickstick Flex attaches to the edge of the pot with a clamp screw – it fits dishes of any wall thickness. The display can be rotated 180° to ensure that it is always clearly visible. The powerful pump with 3D Circulating technology ensures even temperature distribution throughout the water bath. Cooking time can be set up to 60 hours.

Safety of use is ensured by the IPX7 waterproof certificate and Safety-First technology, which automatically turns off the device at too low water level. After use, simply rinse the device under running water – it does not require any additional maintenance.

The compact design in the form of a stick fits into any standard pot or container with a capacity of up to 20 liters – no special equipment is needed. The device takes up minimal space during storage.
