The temperature can be set to 95deg C, and the timer can be set to 99 hours at intervals of 1 minute, providing everything you need for sous vide cooking. The circulator is designed to fit any round or square container/pan with a minimum depth of 15 cm and a maximum capacity of 56 liters. On the easy-to-use control panel, you can set the temperature and time. The propeller works continuously to ensure a stable water temperature throughout the tank. The device has a low water level protection that turns off the device in case of too little water and a temperature sensor that prevents overloading and overheating. The durable housing is made of stainless steel and glass fiber reinforced polyamide.
