The G21 Trofeo with power of 1200 W is a true master of vacuum cooking sous-vide. It is prepared for safe daily use and refined to the smallest detail. The elegant body consists of two parts – the immersion part with an internal cooking coil and the upper part with electronics and a round touch screen. To securely hang the sous-vide G21 Trofeo on the edge of the cooking dish, we equipped it with a sliding fastening clip.

What is sous-vide cooking
Vacuum cooking or sous-vide cooking is slow cooking at temperatures lower than the boiling point. Raw materials for the preparation of dishes using the sous-vide method are vacuum sealed in foil, thanks to which all healthy substances, nutrients and vitamins, as well as their full taste and aroma are preserved and not destroyed by high temperatures.
In the case of slow sous-vide cooking, changes in processed food are minimal, and its maximum natural taste remains preserved. Since the raw material is processed in tight and closed packages, there is no water entering or evaporation of volatile sensory substances. This is also associated with low weight loss. The temperature is lower than other culinary preparations, which results in less degradation of nutrients. Hermetic closure without air acts as prevention of aerobic microorganisms that could destroy food.
