REMS Clamps U25 - accessories for radial presses REMS and corresponding radial presses from other manufacturers.

Durable clamp clamps made of forged and properly hardened special steel. The clamping contours of REMS clamps are specific to each system and correspond to the contours of individual clamping systems. This ensures seamless compatibility and secure crimping. Clamp jaws have a precisely machined contour with the help of a CNC machining center and machine precisely rounded. This guarantees a much lower tolerance coefficient than with only cast contours.

Drive with all REMS radial presses (except REMS Mini-Press ACC) and corresponding radial presses from other manufacturers. All clamps marked with * are additionally equipped with a connector (Patent EP 1 223 008, Patent US 6,739,172) enabling the attachment of the manual drive of the REMS Eco-Press radial press.

Intermediate clamps are needed to drive the REMS (PR) clamping rings.

Markings for reverse inspection according to EN 1775:2007

REMS clamping clamps with contours M, V, SA, B, RN and UP have a special marking in the clamping contour, which after the crimping process leaves a permanent mark on the clamped fitting. This allows the user to check after the clamping process whether the appropriate clamps have been used to make the clamp.

By enabling reverse checks, REMS complies with the recommendations of European standards EN 1775:2007 for the installation of gas clamping systems
